I. Position: Process R&D Engineer

Job Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Materials Science and Engineering, Materials Physics/Chemistry, Composite Materials and Engineering, Inorganic Non-Metallic Materials, or related fields;

2. Possess specialized knowledge in the field of carbon-material coatings, with a thorough understanding of coating preparation techniques, performance evaluation, and application areas.

3. Possess the ability to perform performance testing and analysis of carbon-material coatings, as well as a certain level of experimental design and data-analysis capability.

4. Possess independent research capabilities and the ability to think critically and solve problems; demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and a spirit of innovation; and have excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.

5. Preference will be given to candidates with research or work experience in carbon-material coatings or related fields.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop the manufacturing process for carbon-material coatings, including process formulation, in-process control, and optimization.

2. Prepare the project design plan, technical documentation, and standardized implementation plan for the carbon-material coating project;

3. Investigate the processing techniques, deposition methods, and characterization technologies for carbon-material coatings;

4. Conduct performance characterization and analysis of carbon-material coatings, among other tasks;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

II. Position: Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;

2. Proficient in design software such as SolidWorks, EB Electronic Drawing Board, and AutoCAD, with the ability to independently complete project planning and component design.

3. At least 2 years of experience in structural design analysis;

4. Familiarity with vacuum thermal equipment; candidates with R&D experience in vacuum equipment for photovoltaics, lithium-ion batteries, or semiconductors are preferred.

5. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of carbon materials or experience in thermal and flow field design and analysis.

6. Hardworking and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility, a spirit of innovation, and excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans, perform technical breakdown, and produce 3D/2D drawings in accordance with the project contract;

2. Perform design calculations, product selection, thermal field/process analysis, and prepare product manuals;

3. Possess a solid foundation in drafting and be capable of proofreading and reviewing drawings.

4. Undertake new product research and development for mechanical equipment;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

III. Position: Electrical Automation Engineer

Job Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, automation, electronics, or a related field;

2. Proficient in using CAD software such as CAXA and capable of independently completing electrical drafting;

3. Proficient in Siemens S7 series PLCs, WinCC, NetSCADA and other configuration software; familiar with variable frequency drives, servo drives, touch screens, thermal instrumentation, and fieldbus systems.

4. At least 2 years of work experience in electrical design for vacuum equipment and PLC programming.

5. Proactive, meticulous, and highly responsible; possesses strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for designing the project’s electrical control scheme, selecting components, developing PLC programs, and designing HMI configuration screens.

2. Responsible for the commissioning of non-standard equipment, such as vacuum furnaces;

3. Organize and coordinate project implementation, schedule control, and after-sales technical support;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
