On the basis of Type II, the vacuum system of the equipment is further optimized, and the ultimate vacuum degree is increased from 5pa to 0.05pa, which not only realizes graphite purification ash ≤ 5ppm, but also realizes that the contents of boron and aluminum are ≤ 0.01ppm respectively, thus greatly improving the purification capacity of the equipment.
