Project teams for high-temperature purification equipment, silicon infiltration equipment, etc., are fully responding to customer needs, scheduling work backward according to the timeline, working overtime and using a visual management board. Project team members are stationed at supplier factories to supervise production, ensuring the delivery of 22 sets of equipment before the second quarter.
