The competition was carried out in accordance with the principles of highlighting the key points, combining the practical, actively participating and emphasizing the timeliness. The competition categories include 3 major items and 7 minor items such as product entry, mechanical assembly and power emergency. Xie Yongqiang, general manager of the company, put forward three requirements for the skills competition: First, strengthen the training of skilled personnel, according to the company's research and production, and continue to expand the scope of the competition, so that the "masters" become a banner, play a demonstration of leading and driving the role of incentives; Second, through the standardization of the skills of the competition, masters to teach, apprentices to learn, mutual assistance and interaction, Secondly, through standardized skills competition, masters teach and apprentices learn, mutual interaction and mutual use, creating a strong atmosphere of comparison, learning, catching up, helping and surpassing, and injecting new impetus for the development of the company; thirdly, through learning and practicing, striving to be the first and not willing to lag behind, we will build up a team of skillful talents with high quality, business excellence and strong ability, and lay the foundation for the high-quality development of the company.
