On September 1, Pan Haiyan, director of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and his party went to the company to conduct a survey of entering the enterprise. Deputy General Manager Feng Wenbiao reported on the company's basic situation, the completion of key tasks in 2023, and the "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan, and then visited the assembly and adjustment workshop and the process verification line workshop. Pan Haiyan expressed the hope that the company will adhere to scientific and technological innovation, continue to consolidate the R & D and manufacturing advantages of high-temperature purification equipment for SiC with high-purity graphite materials, and contribute to the vigorous development of the third-generation semiconductor industry chain in Shanxi Province.
