In order to relieve the psychological pressure of the company's employees and popularize mental health knowledge, on September 1, the company organized a psychological counseling activity of "decompression, enabling happy work.

 

The company invited the national second-level psychological consultant Li Qiaoying to teach. Taking the cases in work and life as the starting point, Mr. Li explained the source and composition of pressure, how to learn pressure control, pressure reduction and emotional management. Then interspersed with the game interactive link and traditional Chinese medicine therapy knock exercise activities, to guide employees to learn the method of scientific release of emotions. In the on-site communication session, employees expressed their feelings and consulted on psychological problems. Teacher Li gave one-on-one psychological guidance to guide employees to deal with bad emotions scientifically and rationally, and untied their hearts in time.

 

Through this activity, employees have a deeper understanding of mental health knowledge. The company hopes that employees learn to self-regulate emotions, release pressure scientifically, and actively participate in work and life with a healthy, optimistic and upward mental state.
