Team Basic Situation
The "Ruijin" party member research team of high-efficiency horizontal high-temperature purification equipment was established in February 2023 with a total of 23 people, including 12 party members. This is a set of mechanical, electrical design, process design and other professional integration of the young team. From project initiation, product design, equipment assembly to product delivery, team members concentrated their efforts, worked hard to tackle key problems, paid close attention to implementation, and completed equipment delivery tasks with high standards and strict requirements!
01.Work together to solve difficult problems
In order to complete the delivery tasks with high quality, the "Ruijin" party member research team set the goal, fine division of labor, and make every effort to tackle tough problems, effectively solving the difficulties and blocking points in the project implementation process. In the design stage, due to the corrosive nature of the exhaust gas of the purification equipment, the design of the exhaust and exhaust structure of the vacuum system became a "roadblock" on the research and development road. The team designers immediately organized the team to resume the meeting. In the "brainstorming" after brainstorming, innovative sparks were stimulated in the collision of thinking modes. Everyone repeatedly revised the design scheme and finally effectively solved the problem after many tests back and forth.
02.Efficient and collaborative strong indicators
In order to strengthen team cooperation and efficient coordination, team members regularly organize weekly project meetings to strictly control the progress of the project, and at the same time implement the concepts of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement and optimized design into the research and development design to reduce excessive design and some unnecessary waste. After repeated debugging and tests, the purified ash index of soft felt and the purified ash index of carbon and carbon are all stable below 10ppm, and the purified ash index of graphite is stable below 5ppm, resulting in a contract amount of 65.268 million yuan in 2023. The whole team knows the responsibility in the heart, bears the responsibility in the body, and performs the responsibility in the line, providing a solid guarantee for the smooth completion of the project.
