Equipment Division Zhang Yuzheng
Comrade Zhang Yuzheng is a mechanical designer of the Equipment Division. He participated in and completed the design and optimization of various furnace types, including II and III high temperature purification equipment, sintering equipment, copper smelting equipment, etc. In the design project of directional removal of iron elements by high-temperature purification equipment, he carried out a large number of data collection and analysis, optimized the design process, and finally stabilized the purification index of iron elements in graphite parts below 0.01ppm. So far in 2024, he has delivered 20 sets of equipment and accepted 19 sets of equipment. Comrade Zhang Yuzheng always adheres to the working attitude of "doing his duty and doing good deeds" and takes everything in his work seriously.
Finance Department Zhang Jinlin
Comrade Zhang Jinlin, as the head of the finance department, is always strict with himself according to the standards of Party members. In order to improve the cost accounting level of each business section of the company, he led the department staff to spend one month to learn and communicate with relevant departments, sort out and summarize common problems, actively communicate solutions, and further standardize business processes. Organize and carry out the special audit and asset evaluation related work of capital increase and share expansion, and complete the special audit report and asset evaluation report in August, laying the foundation for the company to carry out the work of capital increase and war. We will continue to promote the two key financial tasks of "two gold" pressure control, cost reduction and efficiency increase, and conscientiously do a good job in data analysis and phased inspection. He used solid professional skills, serious and rigorous work attitude, a high sense of responsibility to lead the department to do a good job in the financial work, to provide strong support for the development of the company.
Bi Hongyan, Business Management Department
As a warehouse staff member of the management department, comrade bi hongyan strictly implements the warehouse-in and warehouse-out system and improves the warehouse material management and system operation skills. Daily storage and storage of warehouse materials, regular inventory verification. Reasonably handle the materials out of the warehouse, actively cooperate with the material collection work of various departments, check the materials according to the stock-out vouchers, and handle 789300 pieces of materials out of the warehouse in 2024, so as to achieve accurate quantity and timely time.
