Theme Party Day Activity: Learning from Wang Xiaomo's Advanced Deeds, Continuing the Spirit of Innovation and Struggle

Recently, the Party branch of Shanxi Zhongdian Science and Technology Company held a Party Day event themed "Learning from the Advanced Deeds of Wang Xiaomo, Continuing the Spirit of Innovation and Struggle." The event was hosted by Party branch secretary and deputy general manager Yang Jing, with all Party members participating.

 

 

During the event, Yang Jing led the study of several important documents, including "Learning from Xi Jinping's Speech at the Reception Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China," "The Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Held a Meeting to Analyze and Study the Current Economic Situation and Economic Work," "Xi Jinping's Reply to Representatives of Workers from China First Heavy Industries," and "Xi Jinping's Speech at the Ceremony for the Awarding of National Medals and National Honorary Titles." The focus was on the advanced deeds of Wang Xiaomo, a recipient of the national honor title of 'People's Scientist,' promoting his excellent qualities and calling on everyone to embody the spirit of innovation in their work, overcoming difficulties, pursuing excellence, and striving for new heights.

After the event, the company held the award ceremony for the seventh employee skills competition. This competition was conducted in a practical format, featuring seven projects including mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and emergency operations for power substations, with over 60 employees participating.

 

 

General Manager Jie Yongqiang expressed heartfelt congratulations to the award-winning employees, pointing out that future skills competitions should continue to innovate, possibly including multi-department collaboration projects and 'Record-Breaking Awards' to promote collective progress. He also made two hopes: on one hand, skilled personnel are an important part of the company's talent pool, and everyone should fully embody the spirit of model workers, labor, and craftsmanship, honing their skills and improving their abilities; on the other hand, taking the skills competition as an opportunity, the competitive spirit should be integrated into daily work, striving hard in their positions to achieve high-quality completion of annual task indicators.
