On January 23, the Shanxi Zhongdian Science and Technology Company held the 2025 annual work meeting to deeply study the spirit of the 2025 annual work meeting of the Electric Science and Technology Equipment, comprehensively summarize the work of 2024, analyze and judge the situation, and research and deploy the work for 2025. The meeting was presided over by Yang Jing, the party branch secretary and deputy general manager.

General Manager Xie Yongqiang delivered the 2024 work report titled "Continuing to Strive, Pragmatic Responsibility, Promoting the Company to a New Journey of High-Quality Development through Reform". 2024 presents opportunities and challenges. All employees of the company are determined to complete the annual work tasks with full effort. Regarding the work for 2025, General Manager Xie Yongqiang proposed:

First, quickly convey and study the spirit of the Electric Science and Technology Equipment and the company's 2025 annual work meeting, unify thoughts and actions, and effectively implement the decisions and deployments of the superior units.

Second, 2025 is the concluding year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and a key year for the company's quality improvement and leap. We must focus on the main line of "strengthening the industry and deepening reforms" of Electric Science and Technology Equipment, work hard, overcome difficulties, and accelerate the company's reform and development process.

Third, we should focus on efforts in new product research and development, the establishment of research and development centers, laboratory construction, building a team of R&D personnel, product delivery, and increasing investment to ensure the high-quality completion of the company's various operational indicators and key tasks for 2025.

Though the dream is far, it can be reached through pursuit; though the wish is difficult, it can be fulfilled through persistence. 2025 marks the 15th anniversary of the company's establishment. I hope all employees will take the advanced collectives and individuals recognized as examples, unite and work together, take responsibility, and with the spirit of nailing down and the tenacity of leaving marks on stones and iron, strive to complete all annual task indicators and make unremitting efforts for the company's high-quality development!
