To foster a healthy and active lifestyle among employees and help them learn to relax after work, a "fitness exercise" session was organized for female employees in the company's indoor activity area. With the dynamic music playing, everyone stretched their bodies and jumped to the rhythm, releasing stress and relieving tension in their necks and backs. Everyone's faces were radiant with smiles, and the atmosphere was warm and lively. Many expressed that they would continue to exercise after work to maintain a healthy body and abundant spirit for both work and life.
