Recently, as the company's coating laboratory is about to be put into use, several leading semiconductor component companies conducted on-site inspections of the CVD coating equipment R&D situation and conducted in-depth exchanges on cooperation matters. The company has been continuously cultivating the R&D, manufacturing, and industrialization verification capabilities of key core equipment such as silicon carbide/tantalum carbide CVD (coating) based on advanced carbon-based materials required in the semiconductor field, providing a complete "process + equipment + service" solution to enhance customer trust and willingness to cooperate.
