Team Building Event: "Fifteen Years of Hard Work and Joint Efforts to Build a Brighter Future"

From May 25, 2010 to May 25, 2025, the company has gone through fifteen years of development. On May 25th, this memorable day, the company organized all employees to carry out a team-building activity with the theme of "Fifteen Years of Forging Ahead, Working Together to Create the Future". The activity was divided into two chapters: "Reviewing the Past, Looking to the Future" and "Conquering the Summit and Discussing Heroes".

From May 25, 2010 to May 25, 2025, the company has completed fifteen years of development. On May 25th, this memorable day, the company organized all employees in a team-building activity themed "Fifteen Years of Forging Ahead, Working Together to Build a Brighter Future." The activity was divided into two parts: "Reviewing the Past, Looking to the Future" and "Conquering the Summit."

【Reviewing the Past, Looking to the Future】
At the event, General Manager Li Yongqiang gave a speech. Everyone watched the company's promotional video, reviewing the development journey from a manufacturing enterprise to a high-tech enterprise with "equipment as the main focus," "technology as the soul," and "service as the foundation." Looking to the future, the company will continue to focus on the shortcomings of the domestic equipment industry, closely follow market demand, keep up with the forefront of industry technology development, continuously improve the company's core competitiveness, and strive towards higher goals! Afterwards, various department employees' blessing videos, recorded in various forms, were shown, offering sincere birthday wishes to the company.


The company awarded commemorative plaques to employees who have been with the company since its inception, thanking them for their dedication and perseverance, demonstrating their love and trust in the company.


In 2025, the company's coating equipment products were included in the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation's "Single Champion" product cultivation plan. On the 15th anniversary of the company's founding, the management team unveiled the semiconductor coating equipment laboratory for trial operation! Next, the semiconductor coating equipment laboratory will give full play to its process verification advantages, helping the company improve its technological innovation capabilities and product service levels, and injecting strong impetus into industry development.


Four youthful boys sang "With Dreams as Horses," and the employees felt the power of dreams in the inspiring singing!
【Conquering the Summit】
Next was the "Conquering the Summit" activity. All employees were randomly divided into eight teams. Everyone put on different colored team uniforms, chose team names: Juqiang Yixin Team, Thunderbolt Team, Bright Sword Team, Hero Team, Xiaolong Team, Falcon Team, Flame Team, and Thunder Team, and shouted their slogans with unity and high spirits! The activities included five events: land dragon boat, unfalling forest, forging ahead, turning the universe, and a 100-person war drum. The team-building activity began after a group warm-up.


After more than an hour of passionate struggle, creative collisions, and teamwork, the Xiaolong Team won first place in the "Conquering the Summit" team-building activity, and the management team awarded medals to each member.
This team-building activity embodies everyone's wisdom and sweat. Some people broke through themselves on the field, some offered advice behind the scenes, and some ignited the entire event with team spirit. We hope that all employees will transform the passion, cooperation spirit, and innovative courage from the activity into a powerful force for overcoming difficulties and striving hard at work, remembering our original aspirations, bravely moving forward, continuing to strive, and jointly writing a new chapter for the company!
