On June 26, Shanxi Zhongdian Technology Company held the fourth meeting of the sixth board of directors. The meeting was chaired by Wei Heng, member of the Party Committee of Electric Technology Equipment, deputy general manager, and chairman of the company.

The meeting passed five proposals including the appointment of the company's Chief Financial Officer, adjustment of the board's special committees, and the mid-term adjustment of the 2025 asset operation plan. At the meeting, the directors conducted detailed reviews and thorough discussions of the proposals, and also provided opinions and suggestions on the company's market development, project applications, capital increase, and introduction of strategic investors.

Finally, Chairman Wei Heng put forward four suggestions: first, accelerate the speed of new product research and development and market promotion, promote the "coating equipment" single champion to achieve expected goals, deeply cultivate purification equipment technology, and consolidate the industry's leading position; second, adhere to technological innovation to accumulate development momentum, plan new product R&D project applications, and actively promote industrial upgrading and transformation of scientific and technological achievements; third, closely monitor the progress of capital increase and introduction of strategic investors, with all departments working together to inject new momentum into the company's development; fourth, all employees should strengthen confidence, shoulder responsibilities, withstand pressure, and strive to complete the annual target tasks!
Company directors attended the meeting, and the management team and heads of relevant departments were present as observers.
