Recently, the company's independently developed third-generation horizontal silicon carbide coating equipment successfully completed a process technology iteration upgrade, achieving a breakthrough of a 25% increase in furnace loading capacity.

Recently, the company's independently developed third-generation horizontal silicon carbide coating equipment successfully completed a process technology iteration upgrade, achieving a breakthrough of a 25% increase in furnace loading capacity.

 

 

The R&D team combined experimental data with CFD numerical simulation technology to deeply optimize key aspects such as structural design and temperature control systems, continuously adjusting process parameters. Ultimately, while ensuring the quality of the coating products, they successfully achieved a 25% increase in furnace loading capacity.

This breakthrough of the third-generation horizontal silicon carbide coating equipment meets customers' core demands for quality, efficiency, and cost. Moving forward, the company will always adhere to a customer-centric approach, enhancing product competitiveness through R&D innovation and promoting steady company development.
