The R&D team combined experimental data with CFD numerical simulation technology to deeply optimize key aspects such as structural design and temperature control systems, continuously adjusting process parameters. Ultimately, while ensuring the quality of the coating products, they successfully achieved a 25% increase in furnace loading capacity.

This breakthrough of the third-generation horizontal silicon carbide coating equipment meets customers' core demands for quality, efficiency, and cost.
