The company's marketing director, Bai Xiao, delivered a report titled "CVD Equipment Technology and Applications for Semiconductors," focusing on the core structure and process requirements of CVD equipment for semiconductors. The company continues to research and optimize coating equipment and processes for SiC/TaC/PG used in the semiconductor industry. Through product iterations, equipment performance, process adaptability, and stability have been significantly improved to meet industry demands.
