On July 23, the company held a meeting to analyze the economic operation for the first half of 2025. Wei Heng, member of the Party Committee of Electro-Technology Equipment, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of the company, attended the meeting.

On July 23, the company held an economic operation analysis meeting for the first half of 2025. Wei Heng, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Electric Technology Equipment, and Chairman of the company, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Operations Management Department and the Finance Department respectively reported on the company's work completion in the first half of 2025 and the status of "two funds".
Wei Heng emphasized that the more difficult the situation, the more we must maintain strategic determination and firm confidence. At the same time, he clarified the responsible persons for the next steps to ensure implementation, and he required:

First, market development should advance simultaneously both horizontally and vertically, strengthening the awareness of "seizing orders and capturing the market." Horizontally, market expansion should start from core technology, closely following up with customers in segmented industries, continuously expanding into new industries and new fields. Vertically, project planning capabilities should be enhanced to support project implementation and effectiveness.

Second, improve political standing, strengthen responsibility, and thoroughly complete the special rectification work of "Chain Clearance 2025." Conduct self-inspection and self-correction to enhance supply chain security, laying a foundation for the company's steady development.

Third, effectively address feedback from inspections and rectify issues found in term audits. Responsibilities should be solidified in systems, processes, and informatization methods, completing tasks according to timelines; actively promote the construction of a financial shared service platform and integrated risk control, strengthening compliance management and risk prevention capabilities.

 

 

 

Fourth, accelerate capital increase, strategic investment introduction, and capacity building to provide strong support for the company's future development. Departments should focus on internal coordination, enhance awareness of filling gaps, and all employees should demonstrate the perseverance of "ten years of sharpening a sword," focusing on key annual tasks to continue striving and help the company maintain steady and long-term progress.

Fifth, always adhere to the red line of production safety, strictly implement safety production responsibilities, pay high attention to network security during critical protection periods, resolutely prevent all types of safety accidents, and build a solid safety barrier for the company's development.
