Continuing the Legacy, Passing the Torch - The 2nd "Mentor-Apprentice" Signing Ceremony

On August 27th, the company held the second "Mentor-Apprentice" signing ceremony themed "Continuing the Legacy, Passing the Torch," aiming to help new employees quickly integrate into their roles and improve their skills through the "passing on, helping, and guiding" by key talents, continuously injecting new momentum into the company's development.
A contract, a responsibility.
Mentors and apprentices solemnly signed the agreement, pledging to "impart all knowledge" and "study diligently and practice earnestly."
A cup of tea, a token of respect.
Apprentices offer tea to their mentors, expressing respect and their determination for self-growth with the words, "Mentor, please have some tea."
Yang Jing, Party Branch Secretary and Deputy General Manager, congratulated the paired mentors and apprentices. She stated that this signing is not only a commitment but also the starting point of growth. A cup of "respect tea" allows mentors to feel the responsibility on their shoulders and marks the official beginning of the apprentices' new identity. Regarding the next steps for the mentor-apprentice pairs, Yang Jing put forward three hopes:
First, mentors should be strict yet caring, fully responsible, and provide ample guidance throughout. Mentors bear direct guidance and closed-loop management responsibilities for apprentices' work performance during the training period. Mentors should impart all knowledge, actively share past experiences, lessons, and insights to guide and support apprentices' growth and help them develop quickly.
Second, apprentices should respect their mentors, study diligently, ask questions, and communicate more. Each mentor has a unique knowledge system and working methods; apprentices should proactively communicate and humbly seek advice. Social recruits should actively share their excellent past experiences, while campus recruits should not fear making mistakes and dare to ask questions. Both mentors and apprentices will achieve mutual progress through teaching and learning.
Third, it is sincerely hoped that all apprentices can pass the training period assessment on schedule. Ability is the foundation of growth; a positive attitude and correct methods are key to steady and long-term progress. Everyone is encouraged to study earnestly, make solid progress, become capable independently as soon as possible, and truly realize the training goal of "continuing the legacy and passing the torch."
In the future, the company will continue to promote the "Mentor-Apprentice" mechanism to help young employees grow rapidly and inject continuous talent power into the company's development.
