On February 9, Shanxi Zhongdianke Company held its 2026 Work Conference, thoroughly studying the spirit of the 2026 Work Conference of China Electronics Equipment Corporation. The conference comprehensively summarized the work carried out in 2025, analyzed and assessed the current situation, and planned and deployed the work for 2026. The meeting was chaired by Yang Jing, Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy General Manager.

At the meeting, Yang Jing conveyed the spirit of the 2026 Work Conference of CETC Equipment. General Manager Xie Yongqiang delivered the 2025 Work Report to the conference under the title “Upholding Integrity and Promoting Innovation, Strengthening Foundations, and Driving the Company’s Momentum Through Industrial Enhancement and Deepened Reform.” The company also honored the advanced collectives, outstanding individuals, excellent mentors, exemplary apprentices, advanced departments for safe production, and outstanding individuals in safe production for the year 2025.

In 2025, with the joint efforts of all employees, the company overcame difficulties and moved forward steadily, vigorously advancing the “Single Champion” cultivation program and continuously strengthening its operational quality.

Looking ahead to the work in 2026, Xie Yongqiang emphasized that 2026 marks the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan. We must thoroughly implement the important instructions and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping, adhere to the principle of "strengthening enterprises through industry and deepening reform" for CETC Equipment, and wholeheartedly carry out the "Ten Major Projects"—namely, Party building leadership, strategic planning, cultivation of single-item champions, consolidating the foundation with purified equipment, process validation, capital empowerment, market expansion, scientific and technological innovation, management enhancement, and ensuring safety and stability—to ensure a strong start to the 15th Five-Year Plan.

Regarding the key tasks for 2026, Xie Yongqiang put forward three requirements:

First, we must elevate our political awareness and ensure victory in this year’s critical battle. All employees should further unify their thinking and build consensus, focusing on the deployment requirements of the 2.0 reform of CETC’s equipment sector to guarantee that all work tasks are implemented effectively. We must spare no effort to achieve the targets set forth in this year’s accountability directives, drive new achievements in reform and development, and lay a solid foundation for the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan.

Second, we will focus on key tasks to achieve a strong start in the first quarter. We will steadily advance the cultivation and development of coating equipment as a “single-item champion”; continuously consolidate the foundation and advantages of purification equipment, providing comprehensive support for the smooth implementation of the quartz sand project; deepen process validation efforts and fully leverage the core value of the process validation platform; strengthen our market development capabilities and strive for the successful execution of orders; accelerate efforts to raise capital and attract strategic investors, and plan key science and technology R&D projects at all levels; and ensure the smooth completion of annual key tasks through coordinated empowerment across all functional departments.

Third, we must deepen the approach of addressing both symptoms and root causes to solidify our defense line for safe development. We must strictly uphold the bottom lines related to security and confidentiality, safeguarding, public opinion management, and safe production; intensify efforts to identify and address potential risks and hazards; and continuously strengthen the safety and stability of scientific research and production. It is imperative that we pay close attention to safety measures before and after the Spring Festival, ensuring smooth and orderly production and operations, and providing robust support for the company’s sustainable development.

Those who initiate with vigor must always keep the end in mind; those who achieve success plan carefully from the very beginning. In 2026, we hope that all employees will take the honored advanced teams and individuals as role models, stay firmly focused on our goals, maintain unwavering confidence, seize the momentum, and steadily advance the company’s reform and development, thus writing a new chapter in the company’s growth.
