This skill competition is combined with scientific research and production practice. There are 7 process links including carbon-carbon parts entering the furnace, mechanical assembly and substation emergency operation. The general manager of the company, Xie Yongqiang, put forward three requirements for this skills competition: first, the skilled talent team is the intermediate force in the development of industrialization, providing strong support for the development of process verification, and strengthening the training of skilled talents; second, the rules of the skill competition should focus on safe operation, standardized operation, quality requirements and other aspects of comprehensive assessment of the results of the competition; third, it is hoped that the practical level of skills of the company's employees will be further improved through the skill competition, effectively improve post quality and labor efficiency, and contribute to the steady development of the company!
