Members of the company's management team and heads of relevant departments teach new employees in terms of the company's overall situation and corporate culture, product business and market outlook, mechanical modeling and drawing series of national standards, personal career development planning, professional and technical knowledge, and safety education knowledge. During the training process, the new employees also actively spoke, had a heated discussion with the teachers, and expressed their own opinions and opinions, which fully stimulated the new employees' enthusiasm for learning.
