       日前，山西中电科公司吹响了“喜迎二十大•奋战120天•决胜2022年”劳动竞赛的冲锋号。全体员工聚焦电科装备 2022 年中工作会议精神，以高昂精神状态和接续奋斗姿态，争分夺秒、大干快上，高质量完成年度各项任务目标，以实际行动向党的二十大献礼。

        9月21日，公司自主研制的大型卧式高温纯化炉顺利发货！该设备是高温纯化炉叠代发展中的新产品，装炉量由0.5吨增至10吨，大幅度提高单台设备产能。通过优化热场结构，在提升保温效果的基础上降低整体能耗。根据客户需求，项目团队经过不断探索和方案优化，在降温系统中增设强冷降温功能，提高设备运行效率，降低客户的生产成本。


        公司目前正在设计装调的有高温纯化炉、间歇式石墨化炉等多个项目。任务重，人员紧，装备事业部设计人员加班加点，迎难而上，保质保量按照项目进度完成设计任务。装调人员缝毡子、焊接、调试，每个环节严格把控。项目团队目标明确，争分夺秒，全力攻坚，保障项目交付验收，为后续订单做好充足准备！

       装备事业部于9月20日对近期设计完成的四个项目召开项目评审会，项目负责人重点汇报项目设计过程中的难点与堵点，与市场部、质量安全部、采购部、经营管理部等相关部门人员研讨和审议。大家集思广益、群策群力，共同优化设计方案，确保项目有序推进，为2023年各项任务目标奠定坚实基础。
装备事业部将凝心聚力、提振士气，不折不扣完成“在研项目7项、设备发货5台套、验收项目13项”的任务目标，以昂扬姿态推动各项工作圆满完成！

       为实现区域标准化管理，提高产品周转率，经营管理部库房班组近日在C03厂房安装黄色围栏，最大限度利用空间规范物料存储，同时方便库房人员作业，实现先入先出的原则。区域规划后，划分可通行区域和禁入区域，防止叉车对设备、人员造成伤害，提高车间通道的安全性，逐步实现区域标准化管理模式。
