Dongjie Project Successfully Connected to the Grid

On the morning of May 19, 2017, Shanxi Dongjie Intelligent 2MW Roof Distributed Project jointly constructed by Shanxi Zhongdian Company and Red Sun New Energy Company was successfully connected to the grid. Liu Jidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Electric Equipment Department, accompanied the leaders of Shanxi Provincial Economic and Information Commission, Municipal Economic and Information Commission, Shanxi Photovoltaic Industry Alliance, State Grid Taiyuan Power Supply Company and other leaders to participate in the grid-connection ceremony, and further developed distributed photovoltaic power stations in Shanxi Province. After the project is connected to the grid, it is estimated that the first year's power generation will be 2.4 million degrees (6600 degrees per day), which can save 864 tons of standard coal, 2392 tons of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide, 652 tons of dust haze, 72 tons of air pollutant sulfur dioxide and 36 tons of carbon oxide.
