On the morning of June 16, Shanxi CLP New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) successfully held the "2017 First Shareholders' Meeting, the First Meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors, and the First Meeting of the Fourth Board of Supervisors". Representatives, directors and supervisors of three shareholder units, namely, CLP Electronic equipment Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Venture Capital guidance Fund Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Science and Technology Fund Development Corporation, attended the meeting. The shareholders' meeting focused on passing the motion on electing directors of the fourth board of directors, electing Fan Yuandong as chairman of the board of directors, passing the motion on electing supervisors of the fourth board of supervisors, and amending the articles of association of the company.

(hereinafter referred to as the company) successfully held the "2017 First Shareholders' Meeting, the First Meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors, and the First Meeting of the Fourth Board of Supervisors". Representatives, directors and supervisors of three shareholder units, namely, CLP Electronic equipment Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Venture Capital guidance Fund Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Science and Technology Fund Development Corporation, attended the meeting.

The shareholders' meeting focused on passing the proposal to elect the directors of the fourth board of directors, fan Yuandong as the chairman of the board of directors, the proposal to elect the supervisors of the fourth board of supervisors, the amendment of the articles of association and other six proposals, and the work report of the board of directors in 2016 and the work report of the board of supervisors in 2016. The board of directors passed three proposals including the company's handling of credit business and the "Implementation Measures for the Implementation of the" Three Importants and One Large "Decision-making System (Trial). the board of supervisors passed a motion to elect ji huiyuan as chairman of the board of supervisors. General Manager Chen Guohong made the 2016 work summary report and 2017 business plan to the conference on behalf of the company's management team. Lian Rui, manager of the company's finance department, made the 2016 financial final accounts and the 2017 financial budget report to the conference.
