Party member Liu Xiaofeng is a mechanical designer in the Equipment Division, mainly responsible for the mechanical design of high-temperature horizontal purification equipment. In order to speed up the process cycle of the equipment, he worked hard to explore the key elements, upgraded and optimized the existing structure of the equipment, independently designed the circulating cooling structure in the oven, and reduced the cooling time by 20%. At present, the structure has been equipped and applied in horizontal equipment to improve the operating efficiency of the equipment, extend the service life, and greatly enhance the core competitiveness of the company's purification equipment.

Comrade Wang Xiaodong has been on a long-term business trip to the site of the photovoltaic power station project undertaken by the company, leading the team members to cooperate closely with Party A and the plant in a phase II 1.5MW roof distributed power station project in Henan. Reasonable division of labor for on-site personnel, positioning, bracket installation, component laying, cable laying, equipment installation, etc., fought for 35 days, completed ahead of schedule and met the conditions for grid connection, and made every effort to ensure the smooth acceptance of the project.

 

Comrade Yu Lijun is a technical expert of the Ministry of Science and Technology Development, assisting the department to successfully complete the acceptance of major scientific and technological projects of the Shanxi Provincial Science and Technology Department. She leads the staff of the department to continuously exchange and learn from each other with research institutes and universities, aiming to promote the industrialization of the company's scientific research achievements and strengthen the combination of production, teaching and research. In addition, she focuses on the research of cutting-edge technologies in the semiconductor field, and at the same time explores national science and technology and industrial policies to contribute to the company's development.
