Shanxi CLC Company Held 2016 Annual Summary Conference and Middle-level Work Debriefing Conference

On the morning of January 18, 2016, Shanxi CLC Company organized the 2016 Annual Summary Conference and the Central Committee Debriefing Conference. The meeting was presided over by Du Haiwen, executive deputy general manager. The company's general manager Chen Guohong, deputy general manager Wu Hongkun, deputy general manager Zhou Shezhu, and all middle-level cadres and department backbones attended the meeting.

On the morning of January 18, 2016, Shanxi CLC Company organized the 2016 Annual Summary Conference and the Central Committee Debriefing Conference. At the meeting, 16 debriefing personnel summarized and reported the work of various departments in 2016, made an objective statistical analysis of the problems and deficiencies in the work, and at the same time made a key report on how to ensure the completion of the 2017 target. For the company's work in 2017, everyone put forward more specific working ideas and directions, which were approved and affirmed by the leaders.

General Manager Chen Guohong finally made a speech, commenting on the work summary of various departments, focusing on sorting out the work ideas in 2017, emphasizing that the company should follow up the development direction of ingot casting and slicing technology in 2017 and pay attention to technology improvement. In the application field, independent development is the main focus and distributed promotion is the focus. According to the schedule, ensure the smooth implementation of the company's three-phase ingot expansion and early production; production should pay attention to effective improvement in detail management, technical link monitoring, technical index improvement, cost reduction, equipment daily maintenance and maintenance, etc.; continuous improvement of system construction, timely adjustment of product delivery form according to market conditions, strengthen the recovery of accounts receivable, control "three gold" expenditure. Mr. Chen also arranged key tasks in various aspects such as corporate culture, team building, project landing, patent application, bank credit, cost accounting, procurement indicators, and logistics support. All departments of the company should recognize the work objectives, unify their thinking and actively cooperate to promote the completion of various task indicators in 2017.
