Shanxi CLC Company Held 2022 "Three Sessions"

On June 1, 2022, Shanxi CLC held the "first shareholders' meeting in 2022 and the second meeting of the fifth board of directors and the second meeting of the fifth board of supervisors".

On June 1, 2022, Shanxi CLC held the "first shareholders' meeting in 2022 and the second meeting of the fifth board of directors and the second meeting of the fifth board of supervisors". Representatives, directors and supervisors of three shareholder units, namely, CLC Electronic equipment Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Venture Capital guidance Fund Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Science and Technology Fund Development Co., Ltd., attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Wei Truss, deputy general manager of electric equipment, representative of shareholder units, and chairman of the company.

On behalf of the management team, General Manager Xie Yongqiang made the "2021 Work Summary Report" and "2022 Business Plan" to the General Assembly. Finance Manager Zhang Jinlin made the "2021 Financial Final Accounts Report" and "2022 Financial Budget Report" to the General Assembly. The shareholders' meeting focused on passing nine motions, including the motion on amending the articles of association, the motion on electing some directors of the fifth board of directors, and the motion on electing the chairman of the fifth board of directors.

Representatives, directors and supervisors of participating shareholder units put forward practical suggestions and opinions on the company's operation and management, development strategy, organizational structure, fund management, etc. Finally, Wei truss put forward three suggestions: first, thank shareholders for their trust and support for many years, and hope that external shareholders will continue to give help and guidance in science and technology projects, special applications, platform construction and other aspects by taking advantage of local geographical advantages. The second is to require the company to anchor its goals and strengthen its confidence in the critical year of "laying the foundation" under the leadership of the management team. We will make solid progress in new product research and development, process optimization, standardized operation, product quality, cost reduction and efficiency increase, and party building, so as to comprehensively promote the implementation of the annual key tasks and successfully complete the 2022 task indicators. The third is to coordinate scientific research and production safety and epidemic prevention and control work, firmly establish the concept of scientific research and production safety, strengthen the responsibility of safety production management, and make every effort to ensure the orderly progress of scientific research and production, and escort the company's safe production.
