On August 23, a large vertical high-temperature purification equipment purchased by Hunan customers was successfully sent to the customer site.

The purification equipment is mainly used for the purification of carbon-based materials such as graphite, carbon felt, graphite powder, etc., through the cooperation of infrared thermometer and temperature control module, to achieve 2500 ℃ resistance high temperature heating, with fast heating rate, stable operation performance, good purification effect and so on.

 

 

On August 26, the company's self-developed type IV high-temperature purification equipment was successfully sent to Hebei customer site!

Type IV high-temperature purification equipment adopts customized thermal insulation components with excellent performance and high-efficiency strong cooling system, which can greatly improve the thermal insulation performance of the equipment, reduce the energy consumption of the equipment, and at the same time realize the rapid cooling of the furnace cavity temperature and improve the production efficiency. The highest temperature of the equipment can reach 2400 ℃, and the purified ash content of graphite parts can be less than 5ppm, in which the content of boron and aluminum is less than or equal to 0.01ppm. The equipment has excellent performance, stable quality and convenient operation, and has continuously won favorable comments from the market and customers.

 

 

On August 26, 3875 pieces of purified graphite products customized by a customer in Foshan, Ningbo, Shanghai, Anhui, Liaoning and Wuhan were successfully delivered.Up to now, about 165000 pieces of purified products have been shipped in 2024.
