Gathering new strength and setting sail, the company convenes

On November 4th, the company held a new employee symposium titled 'Gathering New Strengths, Setting Sail'. Wei Heng, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the company, along with members of the management team, attended the meeting.

 

 

28 new employees spoke about their personal backgrounds, insights from over three months of work, and suggestions for the company. The new employees expressed that a series of onboarding training and job rotations helped them better understand the workflows of various departments, while the diverse cultural and sports activities made them feel the warmth and care of the company's big family. The atmosphere at the symposium was relaxed and lively, fully showcasing the vitality and energy of the young employees.

 

 

Wei Heng conveyed the work plan for deepening the reform pilot of the Electric Science and Technology Equipment, and pointed out that the company's future development plans regarding new product research and development, market expansion, capital increase and strategic investment, and talent team building should be integrated into the wave of deepening reforms in Electric Science and Technology Equipment. At the same time, Wei Heng expressed three hopes for the new employees:

First, they should be full of confidence in the company's future development, maintain self-confidence, independence, and self-improvement in their work, stay true to their original intentions, and keep their enthusiasm for work alive.

Second, they should keep pace with the company's development, insist on learning more, listening more, and observing more, solidly practice their basic skills, and be good at learning from their predecessors to gain more knowledge and wisdom.

Third, they should humble themselves, go to the grassroots, frontline, and customer sites to hone their real skills, with the hope that everyone can grow quickly, take on responsibilities, and lay a solid foundation for future work.

 

 

This symposium not only provided a platform for new employees to express their voices and exchange ideas but also allowed the company to gain a deeper understanding of the needs and expectations of new employees. In future work, it is hoped that new employees can set ambitious goals, work hard, break through themselves, and contribute to the company's high-quality development.

To further leverage the exemplary and leading role of Party members, rally strength through advanced models, inspire morale with benchmarks, and reinvigorate motivation through role models, the General Party Branch of Shanxi CETC Company launched its third-quarter “Party Member Star” selection and commendation initiative.
