In order to further study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party, and to promote the implementation of reform deployment, on December 4th, Shanxi Zhongdian Science and Technology Company organized a meeting to announce the pilot plan for the reform of electrical equipment. Wu Jianfeng, the deputy general manager of electrical equipment, Zhang Hailong, the deputy director of the capability construction department (acting), the company's management team, middle-level cadres, technical experts, and key personnel from various departments attended the meeting.

 

 

Wu Jianfeng conducted an in-depth announcement of the pilot plan for the reform of electrical equipment, focusing on the current situation faced by electrical equipment, reform ideas, and key tasks. He explained the planning and deployment of the pilot company for the reform and development of electrical equipment in detail to the participants, further deepening their understanding and recognition of the reform plan.

Wu Jianfeng pointed out that implementing the deepening reform pilot work is an urgent need for electrical equipment to serve the country, an urgent need to meet the requirements of the group company, and an urgent need to promote its own development. Shanxi Zhongdian Science and Technology Company must first unify thoughts, build consensus, strengthen the penetration of announcements, and ensure that employees fully integrate into the tide of reform and development, tackling reform tasks with a spirit of determination; secondly, it must strive to create champion products with core advantages to gain stronger market competitiveness in the industry; thirdly, it must make good deployment plans around industry trends, scientific research technology, market development, and increasing investment to ensure responsibilities are fulfilled and to fully achieve annual goals, thereby promoting the implementation of reform work with tangible results.
