The staff of Shanxi Zhongdian Science and Technology have set their goals, taken on heavy responsibilities, and are fully committed to completing key annual tasks, laying a foundation for the work in the new year.

Marketing Department

Striving with all our might, full of fighting spirit. As the end of the year approaches, the marketing department's sales staff are fully engaged in sprinting towards the annual contract goals, fully tapping into market potential and exercising initiative. They actively participate in exhibitions and visit key clients to stabilize customer relationships and seize orders. Special attention is given to clients' future industrial planning and needs, ensuring order fulfillment through professional technical explanations and high-quality after-sales service. Since November, the marketing department has won a total of 20 equipment orders! Moving forward, everyone will stay focused on the goals and work together to lay a solid foundation for development in the new year!

 

 

Technology Development Department

Aiming for the target, accelerating efforts. The fourth quarter of 2024 is a critical period for the company's capital increase and strategic investment. This task is actively promoted under the coordination of the Technology Development Department and the cooperation of various departments. Currently, the implementation plan for capital increase and share expansion has been submitted to the group company for approval. The Technology Development Department is also coordinating with multiple investors to conduct due diligence, working overtime to steadily advance the capital increase and strategic investment work, injecting new momentum into the company's high-quality development.

 

 

Quality and Safety Department

Quality first, safety paramount. Inspectors from the Quality and Safety Department are 'rooted' on-site, strictly controlling every link from raw material storage to finished product delivery, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the entire process. Safety personnel continuously strengthen daily safety hazard inspections and remediation work, comprehensively reviewing issues and hazards identified in various inspections over the past years, filling gaps to ensure dynamic 'zeroing' of hazards. The Quality and Safety Department takes a 'constant concern' approach to ensure that all safety and stability work is detailed, practical, and in place, safeguarding safety at the year's end.

 

 

Comprehensive Management Department

Focusing our energy, emphasizing practical actions. Employees of the Comprehensive Management Department remain at their posts, uniting efforts to prepare for the annual summary evaluation, mid-level cadre and technical expert performance and integrity reports; summarizing and evaluating the annual 'Empowerment for All' training work; organizing legal due diligence for capital increase and strategic investment to support the company's stable development; collecting and identifying risk information based on the 'Comprehensive Risk Management Information Database' to enhance the company's ability to prevent and resolve major risks; utilizing lunch breaks to replace uninterruptible power supplies for information technology equipment to ensure stable network operation; fully promoting news and publicity work to create a positive sprint atmosphere; actively carrying out cultural and sports activities, analyzing employee sentiment to enhance cohesion, and accumulating strength for the annual sprint work; meticulously sorting and tracking the department's key annual tasks, strengthening comprehensive service support, and building a solid backing for the company's stable development!
