"Advancing" party member tackling team

 

 

The "Advancing" party member tackling team for the development of silicon carbide coating equipment for external furnaces stands at the forefront, shouldering the banner of tackling challenges! Facing the dual challenges of process optimization and tight deadlines, the "Advancing" party member tackling team does not back down and bravely moves forward. The design team is fully engaged, deeply refining the equipment structure, and during the design of the graphite material tray tooling, after multiple rounds of discussions and experiments, they reduced the difficulty of tooling disassembly and improved tooling stability by about 30%. The process team is rooted in the laboratory, conducting extensive experiments on process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and gas flow, with dozens of tests on the temperature field inside the furnace, continuously optimizing the process and improving the quality of the coating products.

 

 

Through the multi-line collaboration of team members, the first silicon carbide coating equipment was successfully sent to the customer site in April 2024; in June, a major breakthrough was achieved in the loading process operation test, with all technical indicators of the coating products meeting expectations; in August, the acceptance at the customer site was successfully completed, achieving the entire process of design, development, and acceptance in the same year. As of now, 6 sets of silicon carbide coating equipment have been signed, and the sales price of a single device has reached a new high, successfully completing the company's 2024 new product development task goals with high quality!
