At the critical period of fighting for the annual target tasks, the company's seven 'Pioneer' teams bravely took on heavy responsibilities, fighting on the front lines of hard work and struggle. They fully played the exemplary role of party members and the role of young people as a new force, daring to innovate and taking the initiative, delivering an excellent annual report.

 

'Pioneer' Party Member Responsibility Area

 

 

The 'Pioneer' Party Member Responsibility Area for purifying process quality improvement and efficiency enhancement focuses on process optimization, firmly setting goals and never relaxing! In response to the increasing orders for purification business, the company established the 'Pioneer' Party Member Responsibility Area to optimize and upgrade the purification process, further releasing purification capacity. This is a team with strong technical skills, daring to fight and work hard, and constantly striving for progress. Party members fully play their exemplary role, actively taking responsibility, and experienced employees share their experiences. Through a series of innovative measures, they significantly improved process efficiency and quality.

 

 

To accelerate the process optimization progress, Party member Zhao Yufei proposed parallel testing with multiple devices. In May 2024, five purification devices were allocated to simultaneously conduct purification process experiments for graphite and graphite felt. He set an example by giving up his rest time to engage in intense work, leading the team in multiple plan adjustments and optimizations. Ultimately, in just one month, by adjusting the cooling mode of the process, the process cycle was shortened by 15 hours, greatly improving production efficiency.

 

From May to July, to reduce production costs and enhance product stability, Process Director Wang Feng and the 'Pioneer' Party Member Responsibility Area team conducted preliminary research and discussions, deciding to use carbon tetrafluoride gas to replace the original process gas. The team conducted continuous tests using carbon tetrafluoride gas for ten consecutive batches in one furnace, ultimately passing quality inspection smoothly. It is now applied to 30 purification devices, effectively improving purification efficiency, achieving stable operation, and meeting testing standards.

 

In the purification of graphite powder, the team innovatively proposed optimizing the process formula by improving tooling and loading methods. From the initial design of the plan to specific division of labor and detail control, members were still intensely discussing until nightfall, ultimately successfully overcoming key challenges in the graphite powder purification process. The 'Pioneer' Party Member Responsibility Area team purified graphite powder with an original ash content of 700ppm (99.93%), achieving a purity of over 6.5N (99.99995%) after purification, with all metal elements below detection limits, reaching international advanced levels. By continuously optimizing process parameters, the production cost per kilogram was reduced to 40% of traditional methods, maximizing loading while minimizing production costs. This process has officially entered the mass production stage, and as of now, approximately 20 tons of high-quality graphite powder have been produced to meet market demand for high-quality graphite powder.
