At a critical time for the annual goal tasks, the company's seven 'Four Bright' teams bravely took on heavy responsibilities, fighting on the front lines of hard work and struggle. They fully leveraged the pioneering and exemplary role of party members and the role of youth as a new force, daring to innovate and taking initiative, delivering an excellent annual report.

 

'Promoting Effectiveness through Reform' Party Member Assault Team

 

 

In early 2024, with the rapid development of the semiconductor industry and to match the rapidly growing purification business demand, the company quickly established the 'Promoting Effectiveness through Reform' Party Member Assault Team for the deposition equipment transformation project, deciding to transform 16 deposition devices into purification devices to enhance market competitiveness.

 

The deposition equipment transformation project has heavy tasks, great difficulty, and urgent timelines. The assault team members fully embody the spirit of 'holding on to the green mountain without letting go.' Party member Liu Xiaobin actively coordinated the disassembly and assembly operations of heavy equipment such as the furnace shell with special lifting equipment, closely monitoring safety precautions during the equipment disassembly and assembly process. Due to the thermal insulation cage design being higher than the opening height of the deposition equipment furnace door, the thermal insulation cage could not be assembled as a whole. Party member Zhao Yufei led the assembly personnel in planning a solution. After multiple rounds of discussions and optimizations, they ultimately adopted a tiered assembly approach for the thermal insulation cage, overcoming technical difficulties and ensuring project progress. In addition, during the transformation process, the assault team innovatively achieved a design where two devices shared the same pump body, improving transformation efficiency and reducing transformation costs by over 200,000 yuan.

 

 

Through the concerted efforts of team members, overcoming difficulties, the team successfully transformed 16 devices and put them into production in 4 months, increasing monthly production capacity by 90 furnace cycles, with the annual purification processing quantity increasing by 34.4% year-on-year. The 'Promoting Effectiveness through Reform' Party Member Assault Team fully demonstrated the pioneering and exemplary role of party members, showcasing strong teamwork and innovative spirit, and high-quality completion of the annual equipment transformation task goals!
