At a critical time for the annual goal tasks, the company's seven "Bright" teams bravely took on heavy responsibilities, fighting on the front lines of hard work and struggle. They fully leveraged the pioneering and exemplary role of party members and the youthful vigor of young people, daring to innovate and taking initiative, delivering an excellent annual report.

 

"Sharp Advance" Party Member Task Force

 

 

Gathering strength through party building, with party members leading the way. With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, carbon nanotubes are widely used in lithium battery products. To independently develop low-cost, high-efficiency large-scale carbon nanotube purification equipment and supporting processes, the company promptly established the "Sharp Advance" party member task force for large-scale carbon nanotube purification equipment R&D, clarifying the direction and goals of the task.

 

 

The team conducted in-depth discussions and research on the characteristics and growth mechanisms of carbon nanotubes. Party member Liu Xiaofeng formulated an execution schedule based on the key points, difficulties, and bottlenecks identified by the team, ensuring reasonable division of labor and precise accountability for work responsibilities. Key members Wu Zhongju, Wang Xiaofeng, and Guo Yang brainstormed with the design team on precise control in high vacuum environments and accurate adjustment of process gases, carefully analyzing the key technical indicators required for the equipment. After repeated experiments in the laboratory, materials that are high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and of high purity were determined for the manufacturing of key components. In the final debugging and tracking phase, the team repeatedly confirmed and checked each link, successfully overcoming technical challenges such as temperature uniformity and uneven distribution of reaction gases, ultimately ensuring that all indicators after purification met customer requirements!

 

In the future, the "Sharp Advance" party member task force will continue to promote the spirit of daring to innovate and not fearing difficulties, strengthen collaboration, aim for higher goals, and strive to enhance the overall strength and competitiveness of the team, writing a new chapter of struggle!
