2024 Annual Mid-level Cadres, Technical Experts' Work and Integrity Reporting and Democratic Evaluation Meeting

To further strengthen the construction of the company's middle management team and enhance the ability and level of middle managers to take responsibility and perform their duties, on December 26, the company held the 2024 annual middle management and technical experts' work report and integrity report meeting, as well as a democratic evaluation meeting. The meeting was chaired by Yang Jing, the party branch secretary and deputy general manager, and attended by Wei Heng, a member of the Party Committee of the Electric Science and Technology Equipment, deputy general manager, and chairman of the company.
18 reporting personnel presented their reports on the completion of key tasks for 2024, work highlights, existing problems and improvement measures, as well as work ideas and plans for the next year. The attending leaders provided comments and exchanges. General Manager Xie Yongqiang stated that in 2024, with the joint efforts of all employees, the company has achieved certain results in new product research and development, technological innovation, capability building, and increasing investment and introducing strategic partners. He hopes that all departments will combine with the company's business development, fully promote the spirit of reform and innovation, dare to be the first, and take proactive actions to successfully complete the various task indicators and key work for the next year.
Wei Heng affirmed everyone's work achievements over the past year and once again deeply interpreted and promoted the pilot reform plan of Electric Science and Technology Equipment, closely focusing on the main line of "strengthening the industry and deepening reform," and proposed specific requirements for the work in 2025.
First, we must maintain the company's "basic plate," scientifically plan the future layout of the equipment industry, recognize our own shortcomings and advantages, deepen products, broaden the track, enhance product added value, and strengthen the company's core competitiveness.
Second, we must accelerate the research and development and application promotion of new products, benchmark against the industry, market, and competitors, use technology as a guide, solidly carry out the research and development of cutting-edge equipment technology, and continuously strengthen the business concept of "technology + equipment."
Third, we must make every effort to promote the planning of scientific research projects, utilize the company's "Shanxi Province Semiconductor Coating Equipment Engineering Research Center," and strive to create a "single champion" in the field of coating equipment manufacturing, achieving a shift in thinking from "product" to "industry."
Fourth, we must focus on the company's reform and development tasks and positioning, and orderly promote the adjustment of the organizational structure. Introduce high-level talents, implement technical talent training programs, and continuously optimize the construction of the talent echelon.
Fifth, we must firmly establish a bottom-line thinking, ensure quality, safety, confidentiality, public opinion, and stability work, transmit pressure layer by layer, tighten responsibilities, strengthen risk prevention and control, and resolutely build a solid safety barrier.
2025 marks the 15th anniversary of the company's establishment and is also the concluding year of the 14th Five-Year Plan. All employees of Shanxi Zhongdian Science and Technology Company will work diligently and move forward with determination, ensuring the implementation of all work in 2025 with a spirit of perseverance!
