The company held the 2024 Annual Safety Production Work Conference and the Fourth Quarter Safety Committee Meeting.

To strengthen the implementation of safety production responsibilities and build a solid safety bottom line for scientific research and production, the company recently held the 2024 annual safety production work meeting and the fourth quarter safety committee meeting. The management team and middle-level cadres attended the meeting.

 

 

At the meeting, the spirit of the 2024 safety production work meeting of the Electric Science Equipment was conveyed, a comprehensive summary of the company's safety production work for 2024 and the fourth quarter was made, the achievements and shortcomings were sorted out, and the safety production work for 2025 was deployed with detailed tasks and measures.

Regarding the annual safety production work, General Manager Jie Yongqiang put forward specific requirements:

First, deepen the treatment of both symptoms and root causes, and build a solid safety development defense line. Focus on safety production work at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, strengthen safety management in areas such as hazardous chemicals, ongoing projects, and power supply, and ensure safety production work with a sense of responsibility that is "always on guard."

Second, enhance intrinsic safety and strengthen the safety work assessment mechanism. Adhere to the dual emphasis on management mechanism innovation and safety technology, mobilize safety management through the assessment mechanism, and leverage safety technology leadership; tighten the safety production responsibility chain to ensure stable and positive safety production.

Third, strengthen employee education and training to enhance overall safety awareness. Establish effective communication channels, regularly organize employees to make reasonable suggestions; carry out various forms of safety training activities to enhance the safety quality and emergency response capabilities of all employees.

The year 2025 is the second phase of the three-year action for addressing root causes, known as the "Foundation Strengthening Year." The company will always adhere to the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost, and comprehensive governance," carry out safety production standardization re-evaluation work, strengthen risk prevention and hidden danger investigation and management, and orderly carry out safety production-related work to support the company's high-quality development.
