Company News | The Company Holds its Third Meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors

On March 18, the sixth board meeting of Shanxi China Electronics Technology Corporation was held. The meeting was chaired by Wei Heng, member of the Party Committee, vice general manager, and chairman of the board of directors of the company.

The meeting passed thirteen motions, including the company's 2024 annual work report, the 2025 business plan, the "Three Major and One Important" decision-making system implementation method, the 2025 investment plan, and the 2024 annual board of directors' work report. At the meeting, the directors conducted a detailed review and thorough discussion of the motions, and simultaneously put forward opinions and suggestions on the company's corporate governance, fundraising and attracting investment, project application, and risk prevention.

 

 

Finally, Chairman Wei Heng made four suggestions:

First, Increase the efforts in market development, strive for a "good start", accelerate the research and development speed and market promotion of new products such as silicon carbide/tantalum carbide series deposition equipment, and quickly promote the commissioning of the coating laboratory to achieve the "coating equipment" single champion landing and take effect, further consolidating the company's leading position in the industry.

Second, Actively promote industrial upgrading and technological achievements transformation, and make every effort to apply for national key "small giant" enterprises and provincial and municipal key scientific and technological research and development projects to enhance the company's core competitiveness and influence in the industry.

Third, Continuously improve the company's internal control system construction and governance mechanism, strengthen the construction and standardized operation of the board of directors, and give full play to the role of the board of directors' "setting strategies, making decisions, and preventing risks" in corporate governance; establish and improve the relevant system of grassroots party building, strictly implement the "three major and one important" decision-making process, and contribute to the high-quality development of the company.

Fourth, Effectively improve the company's risk control and management level, strengthen supply chain compliance management, and adopt multiple measures to solidly promote cost reduction and efficiency increase; do a good job in the 2025 inspection of the company by the Party Committee of China Electronics Equipment, promote the closed-loop rectification and implementation of "immediate changes" and "long-term establishment", and ensure the healthy and stable development of the company.

The directors of the company attended the meeting, and the management team and heads of relevant departments attended the meeting as observers.
