Liu Jianqiang
Comrade Liu Jianqiang is mainly responsible for the mechanical design of carbon-carbon composite material chemical vapor deposition equipment in the purification department. Facing overlapping project design tasks and tight deadlines, he has diligently and responsibly met the peak of design tasks, designing approximately more than 400 parts drawings in the first quarter. As a Party member, he always holds himself to high standards, works diligently, improves himself, and contributes his strength to the smooth progress of the project.
Liu Jiabao
Comrade Liu Jiabao is a mechanical designer in the coating department. In the first quarter of 2025, facing key projects with high standards and requirements, he fought continuously to overcome challenges. By optimizing the vacuum component design process, he efficiently completed the core structure design task of the horizontal silicon carbide chemical vapor deposition equipment, achieving a double improvement in design efficiency and project node control capabilities. As a young Party member, Comrade Liu Jiabao does not forget to study and recharge his batteries after work, consolidating his professional skills and using practical actions to put his initial aspirations and mission into practice, demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of young Party members.

Zhao Yufei
Comrade Zhao Yufei, as the technical head of the process verification department, has achieved breakthrough results in the technological breakthrough of graphite powder purification. Faced with the stringent standards for graphite purity in the field of high-end manufacturing, he led the team to complete more than 40 experimental batches. Through the self-developed "multi-level gradient purification process," combined with iterative optimization of the crucible and tooling, he successfully overcame the problem of exceeding metal residue, and the graphite powder purity index reached the international leading level, with a single-batch output increased by 20%, and obtained a large number of orders for graphite powder purification. Comrade Zhao Yufei upholds the spirit of "overcoming difficulties and bravely exploring," demonstrating the true colors of a Party member with his strong sense of responsibility.
Chen Zelin
Comrade Chen Zelin always holds himself to the standards of a Party member. As a salesperson in the marketing department, he always maintains enthusiasm for learning and a spirit of innovation in his work, actively improving his business capabilities and proactively exploring new markets. By deeply exploring potential customer groups and understanding their specific needs, he provides matching sales solutions. Due to his excellent work performance, he has won high praise from many customers. As of now, he has signed contracts totaling more than 9.6 million yuan in the first quarter. Comrade Song Caihong, based on the legal and risk control position of the comprehensive management department, uses the responsibilities of a Party member to consolidate the company's compliance defense line. She continuously sorts out the company's three lists for compliance management, identifies potential risks and proposes solutions, preventing risks before they occur; in the internal control evaluation work, she actively cooperates with the internal control evaluation group in various tasks, tracking the rectification of annual internal control defects, with a rectification rate of 100%. Chen Qi
Comrade Chen Qi is an accountant in the finance department.
