On April 28, the 6th Seminar on Carbon Materials for Semiconductors and the 1st Seminar on Advanced Ceramic Materials for Semiconductors were held in Changsha. Numerous industry experts and company representatives gathered to discuss the latest technologies and development trends in semiconductor materials. Shanxi China Electronics Corporation was invited to attend.

On April 28, the 6th Seminar on Carbon Materials for Semiconductors and the 1st Seminar on Advanced Ceramic Materials for Semiconductors were held in Changsha. Numerous industry experts and company representatives gathered to discuss the latest technologies and development trends in semiconductor materials. Shanxi China Electronics Corporation was invited to attend.


At the seminar, Tian Donglong, a distinguished young scientist of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, a technology expert at CETC Equipment, and a senior engineer of the company, delivered a keynote report entitled "CVD Equipment Technology and Application for Semiconductors." The report focused on the core elements of CVD equipment technology for semiconductors and the company's independently developed horizontal and vertical silicon carbide chemical vapor deposition equipment.


At the event, several companies engaged in discussions and consultations regarding coating equipment, purification equipment, and the mass production outsourcing of 6N high-purity carbon powder.
Next steps for the company will involve adhering to technological innovation, seizing market opportunities, and developing potential clients to further enhance the company's competitiveness and influence.
