Youth Employee Forum: Listening to the Heartbeat of Youth, Gathering Strength in Unity

To gain a deeper understanding of the thoughts and feelings of young employees and listen to their voices, a symposium titled "Listening to the Heartbeat of Youth, Gathering Strength as a Group" was held on April 27th, in anticipation of Youth Day on May 4th. Young employee representatives from various departments participated.

To better understand the thoughts and feelings of young employees, a company-wide forum titled "Listening to the Heartbeat of Youth, Gathering Strength as a Team" was held on April 27th, in anticipation of Youth Day. Representatives from various departments participated in the meeting.


The Youth League secretary, Shi Yujie, delivered a lecture on the theme of "Striving is the Most Brilliant Color of Youth." The lecture guided participants through a review of the May Fourth Movement, fostering a deeper understanding of its significance and spiritual essence, and highlighting the courage of young students who stood up for the fate of the nation. Following the lecture, participants watched a Youth Day video titled "Aspiring," showcasing outstanding young people from various sectors of national development. These young people embody the spirit of their predecessors, who fearlessly overcame hardships and strived for success, while also demonstrating the optimistic and confident demeanor of the younger generation.


Young employees actively participated in the discussion.
More than 30 young employees shared their work experiences and insights, openly discussing their personal development and challenges. Yang Jing, the Party branch secretary and vice general manager, answered questions and suggestions, creating a relaxed and lively atmosphere. Participants expressed their determination to strengthen their beliefs, professional foundations, and technical skills, embracing challenges with a positive attitude and contributing their youthful energy to the company's development.
Finally, Yang Jing offered four points of hope and encouragement to the young employees:
First, set your sights high and be a young person with ideals. Align your career plans with the company's strategic goals, and plan your growth path from a broader perspective, growing together with the company.
Second, be down-to-earth and use your efforts to write a brilliant chapter of youth. Maintain a rigorous and pragmatic work style, understanding that "details determine success." Treat every task with a high sense of responsibility, pursuing excellence in the ordinary and achieving breakthroughs through accumulation.
Third, enhance your abilities and keep your growth pace in line with the times. In the face of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, actively adapt to the development trends of emerging fields such as artificial intelligence and green low-carbon, strive to learn, innovate boldly, and continuously improve professional skills with the spirit of "constant self-renewal," becoming a lifelong learner.


Fourth, look to the future and integrate responsibility into the journey of youthful struggle. We hope that everyone will devote themselves to their work with high spirits and enthusiasm, demonstrating the power of youth in fulfilling their duties and creating a brighter tomorrow through unity and progress.
It is hoped that all employees will be ambitious, down-to-earth, dedicated to their work, and strive tirelessly, allowing their youth to shine brightly in their work.
