Recently, as the company's coating laboratory is about to be put into use, several leading semiconductor component companies conducted on-site inspections of the CVD coating equipment R&D situation and conducted in-depth exchanges on cooperation matters. The company focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of key core equipment such as silicon carbide/tantalum carbide CVD (coating) and the verification of industrialization capabilities, providing a complete set of "process + equipment + service" solutions to enhance customer trust and willingness to cooperate.
