Safety Production Month: Various company divisions conduct safety training and promotion meetings

June 2025 marks the 24th National "Safety Production Month." This year's theme is "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Can Respond—Identifying Safety Hazards Around Us." On May 29, the company organized the 2025 "Safety Production Month" kick-off meeting and formulated an activity plan to further strengthen the safety awareness of all employees and improve the level of safety production management.

On May 29, the company organized the 2025 "Safety Production Month" kick-off meeting and formulated an activity plan to further strengthen the safety awareness of all employees and improve safety production management levels.

In response to the company's "Safety Production Month" activities, various business units have carried out safety training and promotion meetings.

 

 

On June 3, the Coating Business Unit conducted safety education and warning case training. Everyone watched safety accident warning videos closely related to work, such as falls from heights, confined space operations, electric shocks, forklift operations, and mechanical injuries. Through these shocking cases, employees recognized the importance of safety production and the serious consequences of violating operating procedures, further enhancing their safety awareness.

On June 4, the Purification Business Unit conducted a special review and internal promotion on the safety interlock protection levels of commonly used furnace types in the department. The entire electrical team focused on reviewing the effectiveness and reliability of the interlock logic to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety requirements. During the promotion, Deputy Director Wang Huiming emphasized the operational red lines, enhancing the electrical personnel's understanding and respect for core safety protection mechanisms, thereby strengthening the safety defense line in scientific research.

 

 

On June 4, the Process Validation Department organized a safety seminar and exchange meeting. Department heads, supervisors, laboratory operators, and internal auditors conducted hazard identification work around the semiconductor coating equipment laboratory and coating devices. They discussed each step of the "Silicon Carbide Deposition Furnace Operation Manual and Safety Operating Procedures," analyzing from the rationality of operation processes to the effectiveness of safety protection measures, ensuring the department's work progresses smoothly and orderly.
