Company Launches "Safety Production Month" Series of Activities

June 2024 is the 23rd national production safety month, with the theme of "everyone talks about safety, everyone will respond to emergencies-smooth passage of life". The company attaches great importance to the work of production safety, combined with the reality of scientific research and production, takes advanced action to formulate the activity plan of "production safety month", constantly innovates ways and methods, and actively carries out a series of activities of "production safety month" with various forms and rich contents.

Carry out publicity activities in various forms, put up and hang safety posters, banners and publicity boards in the assembly and adjustment and process verification workshops, shoot safety short videos of "12 steps of limited space operation process" around "everyone talks about safety and everyone will meet emergency", distribute safety publicity manuals, create a strong atmosphere of "safe production month", mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of all employees to learn, and effectively transmit the main theme of safety development, give full play to the role of safety publicity and education.

All departments organize employees to learn and watch videos such as the "Safety Production Month" theme promotional film "Unblocked Life Passage", "National Safety Production Three-Year Action Special Film", and fully understand the essence of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on safety production. Accident cases educate, warn, and enhance employees' safety awareness.

Combined with the recent safety accident cases and the types of dangerous operations involved in the company, education and training are carried out for relevant departments in limited space operations, lifting operations, high-altitude operations, welding and cutting operations, cross operations, etc., covering the front-line employees of assembly and adjustment production to ensure that the employees have the safety knowledge and skills to meet the job requirements. Organize all employees of the company to participate in the "Junan Development" online safety training and examination, in-depth study of safety production laws and regulations, and further strengthen the safety production awareness of all employees.

Organize and carry out a series of emergency training activities such as evacuation emergency drills, emergency rescue skills and emergency materials operation and use, and strengthen the emergency response ability of employees. According to the actual work needs, various departments organize and carry out emergency drills such as water and power outages, fire escape, and the use of fire extinguishers. Through relevant emergency drills, always keep in mind the responsibility of safe production positions, be familiar with safe escape exits, master safe emergency handling skills, and enhance employees' ability to avoid emergencies.

Organize and carry out special inspections of major accidents and hidden dangers, focusing on key areas such as hazardous chemicals, power support, and special equipment, and carry out hazardous operations such as climbing, hot work, limited space, and temporary electricity, as well as the safety management of related parties, and natural disaster prevention. "Safety Production Month" special inspection work. Actively cooperate with the electrical equipment to carry out self-inspection and mutual inspection in the area, formulate rectification plans and preventive measures for the potential safety hazards found in the inspection, and carry out rectification in strict accordance with the requirements of the "five implementations" to form a closed loop.
