Good news | The company's "Semiconductor Coating Equipment Engineering Research Center" has been approved as an Engineering Research Center of Shanxi Province.

Recently, the company’s application for the 'Shanxi Province Semiconductor Coating Equipment Engineering Research Center' was successfully approved as a 2024 Shanxi Province Engineering Research Center, as announced on the official website of the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission.

 

 

The successful recognition of this innovation platform will inject new momentum into the company's independent research and development of semiconductor coating equipment. In the future, the company will rely on the engineering research center to continuously deepen technological innovation, constantly seek breakthroughs in process technology, and fully meet the rapidly growing demand for coating equipment in the semiconductor industry.
