At the critical period of the annual goal task, the company's 7 'Eagle' teams bravely took on heavy responsibilities, fighting on the front lines of hard work and struggle. They fully played the pioneering and exemplary role of party members and the role of youth as a new force, daring to innovate and taking the initiative, delivering an excellent annual report.

 

'Eagle' Youth Commando Team

 

 

With the rapid development of technology, especially in strategic emerging industries such as electronic information, new materials, and new energy, the application fields of high-purity quartz sand are constantly expanding. In response to the current situation where high-purity quartz sand for photovoltaic/semiconductor crucibles still requires a large amount of imports, the company established the 'Eagle' Youth Commando Team for quartz sand purification equipment research and development at the beginning of 2024, to design and develop high-purity quartz sand purification equipment and supporting processes to meet the growing demand for high-purity quartz sand.

 

 

The average age of the 'Eagle' Youth Commando Team is 33 years. Under the leadership of team leader Tian Donglong, they gather youthful wisdom, promote youthful strength, and showcase youthful characteristics, forming a high-quality and youthful team. Since its establishment, they have closely focused on the target tasks, continuously researching, exploring, and experimenting in the new field of quartz sand purification. Party members Tian Donglong, Li Jian, Liu Xiaofeng, and Yuan Haojun led the design team, and after multiple discussions and design adjustments, they successfully overcame a series of technical challenges through innovative thinking and the courage to challenge, ultimately independently developing quartz sand purification equipment and completing its installation. Wu Zhongju, a technical expert in equipment from the Electric Science Institute, formulated the quartz sand purification process based on the physical and chemical characteristics of the quartz sand's origin, type, particle size, and density. After several rounds of quartz sand purification experiments, the purification process compiled by the youth commando team can effectively remove alkali metal impurity elements from the quartz sand, resulting in a certain improvement in quartz sand purity.

 

In the next stage, the 'Eagle' Youth Commando Team will focus on tackling the challenges of impurities such as iron and calcium in quartz sand, as well as the issues of gas-liquid inclusions. While continuously advancing technical breakthroughs, they will summarize experiences and shortcomings in a timely manner, fully energizing their efforts to overcome difficulties and contribute youthful strength to achieve the task goals!
