Equipment Division Liu Xiaobin
Comrade Liu Xiaobin, as the Deputy Director of the Equipment Division, is mainly responsible for the assembly, debugging, and delivery of equipment. By formulating equipment installation and debugging specifications, clarifying work standards and processes for each link, and establishing a problem tracing mechanism, he meticulously records each project's installation issues, analyzes the root causes, continuously improves, and promotes steady improvement in assembly and debugging efficiency and quality. Faced with tight delivery pressure, he hardly ever leaves work on time. In 2024, he led the team to successfully deliver 56 sets of equipment, achieving a 100% on-time delivery rate, fully demonstrating the pioneering and exemplary role of a party member with a strong sense of work responsibility.
Comprehensive Management Department Lin Jie
Comrade Lin Jie, as the personnel officer of the Comprehensive Management Department, solidly carries out various human resource management tasks around the department's key objectives. During the critical period of the company's "foundation-building" year, talent introduction has become her top priority, successfully bringing in a total of 31 new employees throughout the year, including 25 technical personnel and 22 master's degree holders. The proportion of technical personnel increased from 22.09% to 30.50%, and the proportion of master's degree holders among technical personnel increased from 41.67% to 60.66%, injecting continuous vitality into the company. As a party member, she insists on being practical and proactive, working diligently and striving for progress, aiming to shine in her ordinary position.
Business Management Department Huo Yanjun
Comrade Huo Yanjun, as the warehouse supervisor of the Business Management Department, focuses on handling slow-moving inventory and coordinating the supply chain. To release inventory, she leads the warehouse team to categorize slow-moving items based on inventory age into three types: priority materials for immediate use, materials to be exchanged for currently used materials, and materials for disposal, successfully replacing materials worth 38,500 yuan. In terms of supply chain coordination, Comrade Huo Yanjun conducts secondary inventory verification on the plans submitted by various departments to prevent material accumulation, collaborates with the demand departments and the procurement department to strictly control material return times, tracks the specific usage situation after receipt, and conducts weekly report analysis, achieving a 20% year-on-year increase in inventory turnover rate, making a significant contribution to the company's cost reduction and efficiency improvement efforts.
