During the critical period of the annual goal task, the company's seven "Four Bright" teams bravely took on heavy responsibilities, fighting on the front lines of hard work and struggle. They fully played the pioneering and exemplary role of party members and the role of young people as a new force, daring to innovate and taking the initiative, delivering an excellent annual report.

 

"Pugongying" Party Member Service Team

 

 

In the Party branch of the Shanxi Zhongdian Science and Technology Company, there is a team that acts like a warm force, moving through various corners of the company. They uphold the purpose of "interpreting responsibility through action and warming hearts through service," gathering employees' urgent and difficult problems, and carrying out a series of precise and effective service activities, delivering care to the hearts of employees. This team is the "Pugongying" Party Member Service Team.

 

In January 2024, the Party Member Service Team actively responded to the pre-holiday maintenance and repair work of power facilities organized by the Conditions Operation and Maintenance Support Department, organizing 8 party members and volunteers to assist in the cleaning of six cooling towers and circulating water pools, ensuring the company saves maintenance time. In March, during lunch breaks, the Party Member Service Team actively carried out volunteer activities for material organization, including material classification, transportation, and removal of warning tape, ensuring that shelves and floors are clean and tidy. In July, the C03 office area renovation was completed and put into use, adding 60 new employee workstations to meet the office needs of new employees and improve some office conditions; the activity area is about 400 square meters, with new indoor badminton, table tennis, and basketball courts to enrich employees' leisure life. Continuous employee care activities were carried out, and in November, three employee forums were held, completing 15 improvements based on employee feedback, covering various aspects such as professional training, canteen dining, and work environment, addressing issues directly and making immediate changes. So far, procurement costs have been saved by 6.25 million yuan.

Next, the "Pugongying" Party Member Service Team will actively play the pioneering and exemplary role of party members, integrate into daily life, focus on daily tasks, and make every effort to enhance internal motivation, promote quality improvement and efficiency, and support the company's high-quality development!
