Employee Roundtable: "Gathering the Spirit of Innovation and Creating a New Atmosphere of Pragmatism"

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, and in accordance with the requirements of open education and strengthened investigation and research, from May 22nd to 23rd, Wei Heng, member of the Party Committee, vice general manager, and chairman of the board of directors of China Electronics Technology Equipment Co., Ltd., held three employee forums themed "Gathering the ambition of new elites and creating a new style of practical work." He engaged in discussions with over 40 people, including newly appointed middle-level cadres, representatives of individuals and collectives who received awards this year, and new employees joining in 2024-2025.

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation and in accordance with the requirements of open education and strengthened investigation and research, from May 22nd to 23rd, Wei Heng, member of the Party Committee, vice general manager, and chairman of the board of directors of CETC Equipment, held three employee forums themed "凝新銳之志 創實幹新風" (Forge New Aspirations and Create a New Atmosphere of Practical Work), engaging in discussions with over 40 new middle-level cadres, representatives of individuals and collectives who received annual awards, and new employees for 2024-2025.


At the forums, participants shared their work experiences based on their positions, openly expressing their thoughts and concerns about their personal development and work challenges, and offered suggestions on promoting company development. Wei Heng answered each question and suggestion raised by the employees. The atmosphere at the forum was relaxed and lively, full of youthful energy and vitality. Participants expressed their intention to use this forum as an opportunity to further hone their skills, strive for responsibility, and contribute their youth, wisdom, and strength to the company's development.


Regarding future work, Wei Heng put forward four requirements:
First, planning leads development. We must complete the summary of the company's 14th Five-Year Plan and the development plan for the 15th Five-Year Plan. We must adhere to goal-oriented, problem-oriented, and pragmatic approaches, maintain confidence and determination, seize opportunities, respond to challenges in a targeted manner, and practically promote the implementation of various tasks.
Second, innovation drives growth. Based on existing technologies, we should expand into areas such as intelligence, green technology, and automation to create new innovations. We must broaden our horizons, build a systematic knowledge system, cultivate systematic thinking abilities, and inject lasting impetus into equipment and technological innovation.
Third, never forget our original aspirations and maintain our passion. We must always maintain a positive work attitude, help young employees grow through project practice, and with the belief of "功成不必在我，功成必定有我" (Success does not require my personal involvement, but my involvement is essential for success), achieve common growth for individuals and the company during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
Fourth, systematically sort out the issues raised at the forum, clarify the responsible departments, individuals, and deadlines for each item, establish closed-loop management, and regularly publish the progress of improvements. Simultaneously, taking this inspection as an opportunity, we will earnestly promote the special work of rectifying the inspection, ensuring that problems are rectified, establishing and improving long-term mechanisms to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company!
